Syping 45a45701f6 libragephoto: various changes 
- libragephoto_global.h seperated to RagePhotoConfig.h and
RagePhotoLibrary.h
- RagePhotoData.h renamed to RagePhotoTypedefs.h
- RagePhotoData: updated struct and documentated it
- RagePhotoC: changed ragephoto_setphotodata ABI, added
ragephoto_setphotodatac for copying
- RagePhotoA: adapted for the ABI changes
- RagePhoto: adapted for the ABI changes and updated struct
